The ability to write clearly and persuasively is essential to a successful career in law. But are we educating law students in the skill of legal writing – and, if so, how effectively are we doing so?
We invite law academics interested in legal writing education to attend this workshop to consider these questions. We would also welcome researchers who have a scholarly interest in legal writing as well as teaching academics who would like to share their teaching strategies and learning materials with their colleagues.
