Information for Students from China

There are currently more than 50 students from the PRC studying in law programs at Bond University, and Bond Law  also has ethnic Chinese students and faculty members from Australia and other countries. The University has student exchange arrangements with Soochow University in Taiwan and with the Southwest University of Political Sciences and Law (SWUPL) in Chongqing.

Many Chinese students at Bond are studying for one of our professional degrees: either the Juris Doctor (JD) or the Bachelor of Laws (LLB), while others are undertaking SJD or Ph D degrees.

Chinese students who have completed postgraduate degrees at Bond include Tan Zhenting who completed a PhD in 2005 and who teaches at Guizhou University for Nationalities. Several Chinese academics have spent time at Bond as visiting staff, including Associate Professor Chen YongMei and Lecturer Li Qun from the SWUPL.

Chinese citizens can fund their Bond University degree in a variety of ways.  Click here for more details.
