| 1998 | Upon graduation, was recruited as an Article Clerk by Allen Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson), a national law firm based on the Gold Coast. |
| 2000 | Joined Clifford Chance in london, the world's largest law firm, with the tight-knit Bond Alumni Chapter in the UK. |
| 2002 | Moved in-house to work for Deutsch Bank, one of Clifford Chance's major clients. |
| 2003 | Returned to Australia and launched Faes & Co Lawyers on the Gold Coast. |
| 2005 | Merged with fellow Bond Alumnus, John Ramsden, to form Ramsden Faes. The firm was officially opened by the Commonwealth Attorney General, Philip Ruddock, in March and has a staff of 21. |
| 2006-2011 | Moved back to London, co-founded and is now Managing Director of investment manager/financier Montello Capital Partners. |
