About Us

The Centre for Law, Governance and Public Policy is a not-for-profit university research centre.  Established in 2009, the Centre brings together scholars with a common interest in the development, practices and processes of good public policy. Its aim is to advance just and workable solutions to society’s problems and to be an advocate for good governance everywhere.  The Centre is funded by competitive grants, through consultancy, and by donations.  Our activities include:

     • Research
     • Publishing
     • Arranging symposia
     • Conducting workshops
     • Community engagement
     • Training and development
     • Supervising doctoral candidates
     • Facilitating student internships

To advance good governance and public policy through high quality interdisciplinary legal research.

People

Based within the Faculty of Law at Bond University, the Centre for Law, Governance and Public Policy draws its personnel from diverse fields, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the research and work in which the Centre is involved.
