LEGAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY

In September 2012 members of the Centre delivered a series of reports to Fitness Australia and Sports Medicine Australia, providing fitness industry professionals with an insight into the current regulations that drive risk management in the fitness industry.  The reports are the first set of key deliverables as part of the Centre’s ARC linkage grant entitled: "Legal risk management of adverse health outcomes and injury in the fitness industry".

CARBON MARKET INTEGRITY: A review of the Australian carbon pricing mechanism

In August 2011, members from the Centre were commissioned by the Carbon Market Institute to provide a publication suitable for CMI members, stakeholders and the Federal Government. Scholars from the Centre are leading experts in their field. Lead author Adjunct Professor Damien Lockie is an Australian and international specialist in the field of carbon market oversight.
