This two day program will examine project procurement in Australia today. It is designed to examine the contractual framework options, new contracting forms, the role of qualitative bid evaluation, alternative contractor selection methods, the importance of incentives and the reliance now placed on stakeholder relationship management. The program will also examine recent international developments in project delivery systems and the implications for the future of procurement in Australia.
