Future International Students
Study at Bond
As part of your visa requirements, you’ll need to maintain a full time study load. This means you’ll need to be enrolled in a minimum of 4 subjects each semester.
The teaching style at Bond might be a bit different to what you are used to. Lecturers encourage discussion and comments from the class, and the sessions will be interactive. You will be able to call your lecturer by their first name and they will be available outside of class times if you need to ask them for help.
You will usually be required to attend one tutorial (one hour) and one lecture (two hours) per subject, but you will need to read your textbooks and study for classes and exams in your own time.
The assessment in most subjects will consist of group work, individual assignments, presentations and a midterm and final exam. You will also be graded on how much you participate in class, whether you attend all the classes and how well you work in a group.
