Group Study RoomsBond University Library provides group study rooms in the Main and John and Alison Kearney Law Libraries and the Balnaves Foundation Multimedia Learning Centre for the use of Bond University students. Location of the Group Study Rooms- Main Library

Booking a Group Study Room (Main and Law Libraries)
- Follow the instructions to make your room booking online. You must use your Bond student email to make a booking. You will receive an email including a confirmation link. You have 30 minutes to confirm your booking by clicking on the link in the email.
Booking the Collaborative Learning Room:The Collaborative Learning Room in the Balnaves Foundation Multimedia Learning Centre cannot be booked online. You can book the Collaborative Learning Room in the following ways: - In person: at the Service Desk in either library

Please note that any equipment borrowed for use in the CLR must be returned to the Main Library before the last half hour of the Main Library opening hours. Please check the opening hours on the library homepage as the opening hours change throughout the semester. Using a Group Study Room- Students are permitted to book a maximum of 2 hours per group per day
- Rooms are not for individual use
- Rooms are for use by Bond University students only
- Rooms must not be used for commercial purposes
- If a room is still vacant after 15 minutes of the booked time, it may be taken by another group
- Students who do not adhere to these terms and conditions will be blocked from booking rooms
