Study BoothsFive Group study booths with comfortable seating. Three of the booths are equipped with large LCD screens, a document camera and computers for interactive learning. Loan-able wireless mouse and keyboard are available from these booths. Study ZonesCasual seating in various configurations with easy access to laptop power points providing comfortable social learning spaces. Over forty individual study stations with either desktop computer or laptop facilities. The individual study spaces hug the perimeter of the south-eastern walls and offer spectacular views of the lake and fountain of learning. Computer TablesComputers in clusters with access to the internet and the University's full range of networked information resources and applications. The clustered computer tables also provide room for students to work in pairs and open group study tables with laptop power points. Audiovisual LoungeAudiovisual lounge incorporating DVD viewing facilities and comfortable seating with easily accessible power points for laptop use. The Audiovisual lounge houses the Library's collection of feature films and TV series on DVD and video. Papyrus CaféThe café offers a wide range of coffee, drinks and food in a relaxed atmosphere with casual seating and a laptop bar. The Papyrus Café is open 7 days a week. Printing and Copying ZonePrinting and Copying Zone incorporating black and white and colour printing, scanning and copying equipment as well as express printing stations for quick use. Library and Computing Service DeskLibrary and Computing Service Desk providing assistance for students and staff wanting to borrow resources, seeking information research assistance or needing computing or audiovisual support. Mezzanine FloorsThe mezzanine floors incorporate lounge seating and easily accessible laptop power points. The Level 3 Mezzanine floor houses the current newspaper collection. Display MonitorsLarge digital display monitors promoting Library services and facilities viewable from various vantage points. Art WorkA selection of paintings from the University's art collection is hung throughout the Library to complement the design.
