The Library and Computing Service Desk in the Main Library is your one stop shop for Library and Computing assistance:

    Library loans and renewals Getting on the wireless network
    Finding information for your assignments Problems with your IT password

Setting up your IT account

Before you can use the IT facilities you will need to setup your IT account by selecting a secure password. You may have already done this before you arrived at Bond, or during Orientation week. If you think you still need to do this view the New Student IT Account Activation information for instructions (and remember you can get help at the library desk!). Your Bond IT account gives you access to:

The computers on campus, and the wireless network Webmail Printing and photocopying
iLearn The Library's electronic resources Off-Campus Connect

If you need computing/IT help, either send an email to servicedesk@bond.edu.au, call 5595 4444, or come into the Library & Computing Service Desk at the Main Library. The IT Service Desk staff are here to help you with issues such as password problems, wireless access, Bond Connect, eduroam and lots more. Computer Availability

Computers are available for student use in the Main Library, Law Library, Multimedia Learning Centre, Learning Lounge as well as in the Computing Labs on level 1 of Building 1. Use the Computer Availability Map (link available on the Library homepage) to see which computers are currently available.
