Library and Computing Service Desk

The Library and Computing Service Desk in the Main Library is your one stop shop for information and IT assistance. Here are some of the things we can help you with:  

  • Library loans and renewals
  • Wireless setup
  • Finding information for your assignments
  • IT and eStudent Password problems
  • Printing help
  • Loans of calculators, adaptors, VGA cables, headphones, clickers, whiteboard markers and more

Setting up your IT account

Once you arrive at Bond you will need to setup your IT account, view the New Student IT Account Activation information for instructions. Your Bond IT account will give you access to:

Computing Support

If you need computing or IT help, either send and email to servicedesk@bond.edu.au, call 07 5595 4444, or come into the the Library and Computing Service Desk at the Main Library. The IT Service Desk staff are here to help you with issues such as password problems, wireless access, off campus connect, eduroam and lots more. Computer Availability

Computers are available for student use in the Main Library, Law Library, Multimedia Learning Centre, Learning Lounge as well as in the Computing Labs on level 1 of Building 1. Use the Computer Availablility Map to see which computers are not currently being used.
