Alumni

Alumni of Bond University can borrow from the Main and John & Alison Kearney Law Libraries at no charge.

How do I borrow?
Bring proof of your graduation to the Lending Desk of the Main Library and complete an application form to register as a borrower.

How many items can I borrow and for how long?
Alumni are able to borrow 5 items for 2 weeks from the book collection.

How can I extend my loans?
Before the book is due back, you can extend your loans online, via your borrower information.
If the item is overdue, please contact the library for renewing, either in person, or by phone - 07 5595 1510.

How do I check my loans?
You can check the due dates of your loans by logging in to your borrower information.

Are there penalties for late returns?
Please return or renew your loans by the due date. You will not be able to borrow any more items if you have overdue loans. You will also accrue demerit points for overdue loans and your borrowing privileges will be suspended if you accrue 1000 points. Overdue loans accrue 20 points per day. Demerit points accrued can be viewed in your borrower information.

Can I access electronic resources?
Please note that legal and licensing restrictions mean that Bond University Library is unable to provide Alumni with access to the electronic resources available to current Bond University students and staff.
