Law Library Classes on DemandGroups of two or more students can request training as needed. Contact Sarah Dern or Michael Wallace to arrange a time. Sessions run from 30 - 45 minutes. The training offered includes: - Finding cases - learn how to quickly locate a case using the Law Library's resources
- Searching legislation - learn how to find legislation online, along with parliamentary materials such as Hansard and Explanatory Memoranda
- Case citators and digests (e.g. CaseBase and FirstPoint) - find cases dealing with a particular issue or statute or journal articles about a case
- Refworks and AGLC 3 - Learn the basics of legal referencing and building your own reference library, using Refworks
- Westlaw: an introduction- a basic introduction to navigating and searching Westlaw
- Lexis: an introduction - a basic introduction to navigating and searching Lexis
