Where to Start

  • AGIS Plus Text - Attorney General's Information Service covering all aspects of law. Mainly Australian information
  • APA Full Text - Access via AGIS Plus Text; Collection of major Australian journals – many full text - in all subject areas
  • Multicultural Australia and Immigration Studies - Index of published and unpublished material on all aspects of Australian immigration and multicultural issues
  • AustLII - Major web site with Australian cases and legislation and some full text journals
  • CaseBase - Australian case law – mostly full text and references to journal articles
  • Legal Periodicals Full Text -Full text coverage for selected journals – mainly U.S.
  • Lexis - United States , International and Australian legislation, case law and journal articles
  • Lawlex - Contains bills and legislation for all Australian jurisdictions. Includes progress of bills, commencement information, governing Act, amendments, history of amendments, gazette reference notices.
  • Westlaw - Worldwide coverage of primary and secondary sources and includes Australian case law and legislation
