Real Estate & Property Development Research Guide

Journal articles

All of the Library's subscription databases for journal articles can be found on the Electronic Resources page. Here are some of the key databases you might start your search with:

Ebsco Megafile Complete - multidisciplinary database specialising in academic journals, magazines and newspapers, many with full text and images. Select "Academic Search Complete" and "Business Source Complete" from the list of Ebsco databases.

Proquest Central - multidisciplinary database with over 9,000 titles in full-text. Covers many subject areas including urban design, planning and architecture.

Academic OneFile - multidisciplinary database with over 5,000 full-text titles and reference sources

Summon - searches over 50 databases at once and is probably the easiest way to search across the greatest number of journal articles. Once you've done your search, click 'Journal Article' on the left to limit your results to the available journal articles

If you're looking for a specific article, or want to know if you can access a specific journal, enter the name of the journal into the e-Journal Portal.
