Notices for equipment

1) Copyright Notice s39A.

This notice is to be affixed to, or near photocopiers, scanners, PCs or any other machine, which staff and/or students might use to make infringing copies of non-AV material such as images or text.


2) Copyright Notice s104B.

This notice is for audio-visual material and needs to be affixed to, or near any equipment, such as a VCR, cassette player or computer, which staff and/or students might use to make infringing copies of audio-visual material.

Notice for part VA Communication of Off Air recording

The recording may be communicated either by email, or from a secure web site, eg. iLearn.
Each electronic or digital copy which is communicated under Part VA must contain an electronic warning notice.

Always attach this Notice to the transmission of an Off Air Recording if it can be further copied or communicated by the people receiving or accessing the recording.

 

Notice for Part VB communication

Copyright Warning notice s49 (7A) (c ) for Digital Reproductions and Communications of print and graphic material made under Statutory Licence Part VB. This notice needs to accompany digital reproductions of copyright material either before or at the time the item is first viewed.
