Facilities

 

Disability access

Bond University Library provides services and facilities to assist customers with disabilities and medical conditions. Assistance for students is based on need which is assessed by Student Services. A designated Library staff member is available to assist customers with special requirements. In addition to the services and facilities described below, further assistance may be provided by special arrangement to meet particular needs.


Wheelchair access

  • All levels of the Main Library are accessible via the lift located at the rear on Level 2.
  • Level 3 of the John and Alison Kearney Law Library is accessible via a door for the disabled which has to be manually unlocked.
  • The entries to Main and Law Libraries have doors that open automatically.

Toilets

  • Toilets for the disabled are provided on Level 2 of both libraries

Computer equipment

  • All computer workstations are wheelchair accessible
  • One computer on Level 2 of the Main Library has a large screen monitor

Photocopiers and printers

  • Photocopiers and printers are wheelchair accessible
