Project Summary

The commercialisation of recent developments in the financing of public and private development projects in the key public service areas of health, public housing, education and public buildings. The research is based on recent developments of the UK credit guarantee finance model for public private partnerships and integrates public sector cost of capital values with private sector incentivised management, innovation, technology and performance.
