Commercial Law Centre

The Commercial Law Centre was established to provide a centre of excellence for research, teaching, conferences, seminars and publications in the area of commercial law.

Arranging visits from Australian and overseas scholars, legal practitioners, business identities and related professional groups is a key element of the Centre’s role.

The Centre also published two journals: the Revenue Law Journal www.bond.edu.au/law/rlj/ and the (Bond) Corporate Governance eJournal www.bond.edu.au/law/corpgovej/
