Animal Ethics

Bond University, having satisfied the registration requirements of Section 52 of the "Animal Care and Protection Act 2001", is registered for the use of animals for scientific purposes.

Bond University seeks ethical approval for animal research for scientific purposes from an external body.

Prior to any research being conducted on animals for scientific purposes , researchers must first liaise with the Ethics Coordinator in the Office of Research Services who sill advise on the necessary steps and processes required to complete an animal ethics application.
