Super Circuit45This high intensity class is a combination of spinning, boxing and strength exercises into one fast paced calorie crushing workout. Medium to high level of fitness recommended.
Box / X-Train60A combination of intense boxing drills, dynamic strength exercises and a killer cardio workout. All fitness levels welcome but be prepared to be pushed to your limits!
Cardio Combo60Energize your day with a combination of cardio and strength training while enjoying a fun calorie burning workout. Enjoy the variety of circuit, step, Hi-Lo, cardio kick, ABT or strength combinations to boost your fitness and facilitate lean muscle.
Step60Adjust the height of your step to change the speed and intensity of your workout. Step is one of the best known aerobic classes

Cardio Blitz60
Blitz your cardio fitness by using a variety of fitness regimes. Mix it up with something different each week: Circuit, Hi lo or spinning. Enjoy the challenge and push your fitness to the next level!
Strength45 or 60All the benefits of weight training using adjustable weights and set to music. A great strength builder! All Welcome!
Strength & Conditioning60A dynamic class that combines a variety of weights, cardio and core training for a total body high diversity workout!
Spinning45A varying intensity cycling class - a great cardiovascular workout
Cardio Kick Boxing60Fun, Dynamic, non-contact, kick punching actions to music, plus abs, butts & thighs
Pilates60Develops strength in the 'core' muscles, building strength without bulking up whilst improving flexibility and agility
Yoga60 or 90For peace of mind, body and soul, suitable for all levels of fitness.  Wear loose clothes and bring a mat or a towel.  This style of Yoga is shanti and a broad range of Hatha Yoga
FUSION45 or 60A class that fuses the benefits of yoga and pilates. Conducted to mind enhancing music this class will result in the ultimate in mind and body union. You will feel strong, calm and centred.
Total Body Toning (TBT)60A full body workout based on pilates using resistance bands and weighted balls. This workout may help towards a strong core and long lean muscles.
Aqua-aerobics45Keep your cool and your shape in a low impact water workout in the shallow end focusing on resistance exercises.Ensure you wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen in summer.
Deep Water Running45Non-impact water workout but be warned - it's harder than it looks! Ensure you bring hat, sunscreen and sunglasses.
