Swimming SquadsBond Swimming has a number of different squads available to suit every level of swimmer; - Private/Semi Private/Small Group Lesson - For those that require individual attention we have lessons to suit your needs. Our coaches will assist you achieving your individual goals. All abilities are catered for. A) Private = One on one, B) Semi Private = 2 swimmers, C) Small Group = 3-4 swimmers
- Mini Squad - introduction to structured swim training with the use of familarisation activities. It is aimed at children who show the desire and ability to participate in competitive or recreational swim training. The squad will develop basic skills necessary to make a successful transition from a learn to swim program to squad training.
- Junior Squad - The focus of the junior squad is to provide competitive or recreational swimmers with further development of squad training skills and technique with an increase in physical conditioning. An introduction to racing skills is also an element of this squad.
- Development Squad - The training objective for the development squad includes skill development, race specific training and preparation for competition. Swimmers in this squad are required to compete on a regular basis for the Bond Swimming Club and aim to reach State and National Age and open level. Requires a minimum commitment of 3 sessions per week.
- Age Group Squad - The training objective for the development squad includes skill development, race specific training and preparation for competition. Swimmers in this squad are required to compete on a regular basis for the Bond Swimming Club and aim to reach State and National Age and open level. The Head Coach must approve entry into this squad. Requires a minimum commitment of 3 sessions per week.
- Elite Squad - The Elite squad is aimed at swimmers who have the desire to persue swimming competitively and have achieved a high level of competence. Swimmers are trained according to their specific needs and a more personalised program is developed for each individual to achieve their goals. The Head Coach must approve entry into this squad. Requires a minimum commitment of 3 sessions per week.

All new squad swimmers are required to attend a swimming assessment with a coach prior to participating in a squad session. This enables swimmers to be placed in a squad that it apprpriate to their swimming ability. Bookings are essential. The dates and prices for each term will be provided in advance and generally are of 10 or 11 weeks duration. Swimming continues year round including school holidays however payment and bookings for school holidays are treated separately. Prices are also adjusted for public holidays when no squad sessions are provided.
Price for Term 2 - Monday 15th April - Saturday 22nd June (10 weeks) Swimmers have the following options: - 1 session per week - $110*
- 2 sessions per week - $200*
- 3 sessions per week - $285*
* All prices include pool entry. - Development Squad - $125 per month (unlimited entry to Development Squad sessions) Includes pool entry and entry to pool outside of squad training times
- Age Group Squad - $155 per month (unlimited entry to Age Group Squad sessions) Includes pool entry and entry to pool outside of squad training times
- Elite Squad - $170 per month (unlimited entry to Elite Squad sessions)Includes pool entry and entry to pool outside of squad training times.
