- Collaborative research activities
Videoconferencing VenuesFixed units can be used in the following rooms: - Collaborative Learning Room, MLC (BLD01_2_25)
- Law Meeting Room (BLD04_3_34)
- Council Room (BLD01_6_24)
Portable units can be used in the following rooms: - HSS Boardroom (BLD01_2_22)
- BUS Boardroom (BLD02_3_28)
- HSM Faculty Meeting Room (BLD05)
- Princeton Room (BLD06_03_04)
Information Technology Services staff will check that the venue and the equipment is available and make room bookings on behalf of staff. Videoconferencing EquipmentAethra Vega® X5 set-top multipoint conferencing unit capable of connecting to both IP and ISDN based videoconference calls. Booking RequestsAll videoconferencing sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Internal bookings should be sent to the Service Desk - Information Services via the Booking Request Form. Booking requests for external clients will need to be made via email to the Bond University Function Centre. Fees| | Fee |
