This application should be completed if you think you will be eligible for the conferral of your degree this semester even if you don't think you will be attending the Graduation Ceremony. The application will provide Student Administration with important information such as whether you are attending the ceremony and, if not, where you would like your testamur posted.
Protocols for Graduation
There are separate protocol documents available for ceremony 1 and ceremony 2 students. The Protocol document provides information on the timing of events, the sequence in which they occur and other details such as how you should process across the stage. It will assist you on the day of the Graduation Ceremony if you read this document.
Permissible Awards
Some programs permit students to take out a specialisation within an award depending on the subjects completed by the student. This document lists the various degrees which a student may be eligible to receive. You should contact your Faculty to discuss your eligibility for a permissible award.
