Graduation ceremonies are usually held on Saturday of Week 4 in the University Sports Hall. There are usually two ceremonies.

Students attending the Ceremony need to arrive on campus at least an hour before the ceremony so they can be lined up in order. It is important that all graduands arrive on time to ensure their name is on the Dean's list. Guests will be allowed to enter the Sports Hall about 30 minutes before the ceremony.
Both graduands and guests should remain seated until commencement of the ceremony.
The Ceremony will be streamed live into Don's Tavern to accommodate any additional friends or family who do not have a guest ticket. The University will host refreshments for graduates, their families and friends in Don's Tavern following the ceremony.
A list of students eligible to graduate will be placed on the web on Thursday of Week 3.
The day of Graduation is an important day for graduands and their relatives. To ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone students are encouraged to carefully read information regarding the Graduation Ceremony procedures.
Only students who are eligible to graduate can participate in the Graduation Ceremony. Check with your Faculty regarding your eligiblity and make sure you advise Student Administration that you want to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
