The University holds Graduation Ceremonies each semester and a single ceremony in December for graduates of the MBBS program.
Graduation ceremonies are usually held on Saturday of Week 4 in the University Sports Hall.
If you think you will be eligible to graduate you should complete the relevant forms and submit them by Week 10.
If you are attending the Ceremony you need to arrive on campus 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to commencement of the ceremony to ensure you are lined up in faculty and degree order.
If you either do not complete the relevant forms and submit them by the due date, or you do not turn up for the Ceremony on time, you may not be able to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
