Student Administration

Student Administration has a diverse range of responsibilities covering a number of administrative functions post-Admission through to Graduation including matters which affect international students.

Once you have been admitted to the University you need to enrol in your subjects, nominate your preferred lectures & tutorials and obtain your ID Card

Domestic students may be eligible for assistance under the Federal Government program FEE-HELP. Citizens from the United States, Canada, Norway or Sweden may be eligible for assistance from their home government.

Most final, end of semester examinations are coordinated by Student Administration. Mid-semester and some end of semester assessment is organised by the Faculties.

Graduation ceremonies are held once a semester in Week 4. Students must be eligible to graduate and notify Student Administration if they wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

Student Administration publishes timetables each semester for classes, examinations and deferred examinations.
