It's going to take passion, commitment and all kinds of smarts to realise these at Bond and beyond.

Classes, deadlines, study, exams, social life, relationships, jobs, all competing for attention. Uni can get stressful. Unexpected things happen.

Life One is a life skills program to help you understand more about your own mind, emotions and physical wellbeing.

It will help you manage stress and keep your physical, social and psychological engines running smoothly. It will support you to achieve to your potential and ensure your time at Bond truly works for you.

Course Format:

 

·         Time out from stress & studies

·         Chill zone

·         Just for you

·         Weekly sessions, 90 min

·         Reflect on where you’re at and where you’re headed

·         Be supported while you try new approaches

·         Talk in a small group about things that matter


Register now - places go fast.

 

Places allocated on a first in first served basis.  If you are not allocated a place for 121, you will go to the top of the list for 122.
