COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
The Dispute Resolution Centre offers a range of courses, workshops and seminars which can be tailored to a specific orientation (e.g. Commercial Law or Family Law).
The four-day Bond Basic Mediation course coupled with the two-day Mediation Assessment course meets BOTH:
- National Mediator Accreditation Scheme introduced in 2008; AND
- The current requirements under the Family Law Act for accreditation as a mediator (or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner).

Focusing on more advanced mediation processes, incorporating simulations, exercises and critical appraisal of mediation applications and processes.
Negotiation Course 2-day workshop
Highlighting the principles and practice of successful negotiation through simulations and exercises. Offered by arrangement to businesses and law firms around the world.
Advanced Commercial Negotiation Strategies 2-day workshop
Looking at a range of issues that impact on the negotiation process, including strategies, tactics and the causes of conflict.
Representing Clients in Mediation and Negotiation 2-day workshop
An excellent preparation for representing clients at negotiation or mediation, incorporating role plays and interactive exercises.
Training Mediation Trainers 5-day course
Special Bond course developed for training trainers of mediators. Presented nationally and internationally for judges and trainers by arrangement.
