Postgraduate Specialisations
The Juris Doctor, Master of Laws, Master of Business Law and Master of Jurisprudence can all be taken with a specialisation. Students must complete four subjects from the relevant list to qualify for that specialisation.
The specialisations are:
- Corporate and Commercial Law
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
- International Trade Law
- Intellectual Property, Information Technology & E-Commerce
Note that Masters students undertaking a 20,000 word minor thesis relating to their specialisation and in place of two subjects need only complete two of their remaining subjects from the relevant specialisation.
