North America
Duke University is located in Durham, North Carolina. Apart from fielding the leading college basketball team in the United States, Duke has an international reputation for the quality of its programs, faculty and graduates and its Law School is recognised as one of the most prestigious in the nation. Bond students at Duke attend regular classes. They also participate in special programs designed to cater for overseas students, including a visit to the Supreme Court of United States. The relationship between Bond and Duke has been cemented by an exchange of visiting faculty.
Northwestern University School of Law is the oldest in Illinois and is located on Lake Michigan in central Chicago. It ranks among the best law schools in the US, with one of the lowest student:faculty ratios in the country.
The University of British Columbia as one of the largest English language faculties of law in Canada, the UBC Faculty of Law is able to offer a very wide range of courses at the same time as depth and specialization in a number of areas. Studying law at UBC means joining a vibrant community of students, teachers and visitors drawn from across Canada and around the world. The program is national in perspective and is distinguished by its resolute commitment to excellence in education and research.
Europe
Leiden University is the oldest university in the Netherlands, and one of the most renowned in Europe. The University was founded in 1575 and is attended by approximately 17,500 students with a staff of nearly 5,000. The Faculty of Law at Leiden offers an extensive range of law courses taught in English at an appropriate level for 2nd or 3rd year students.
Stockholm University is situated in the world's first national city park in the capital of Sweden. The Law Faculty is the largest in Sweden with nearly 100 academic staff. The University Library is one of the most modern in Europe. In order to make short-term studies more available to foreign students without knowledge of Swedish, a large number of courses are offered in English. Exchange students are generally given priority of admission to these courses. More than seventy different master´s programmes, taught in English, are offered for students with the eqivalent of a Bachelor´s degree. Some Summer courses are also available
The University of Bergen in Norway has approximately 17,000 students and more than 2,500 faculty and staff members. The Law Faculty is located in an award-winning building overlooking the stunning Bergen waterfront. The Faculty boast leading Norwegian experts in administrative law (state and municipal); health and social security law; oil and gas law (North Sea activities); contract and consumer law; and jurisprudence and teaching some subjects in English.
The Faculty of Law at Philipps-Universitaet Marburg in Germany has operated continuously since 1527 and has one of the most distinguished university records of the traditional German universities. It is located in the old capital of the state of Hesse and is a typical university town in a forest-clad environment, 100 km north of Frankfurt and the international airport. The Law Faculty is attended by 2,000 students with an academic staff of about 60 covering all major subjects including preparatory language courses in German and a special program for a group of about 50 foreign students from most European and some other countries. Please note that classes are conducted in German. Students may opt for LLM and doctoral programs jointly designed by Marburg and Bond supervisors in specific areas of comparative or international law.
The University of Oslo Faculty of Law offers a range of subjects in English. The curriculum covers traditional juridical disciplines like civil and criminal law, as well as newer branches of knowledge like criminology and IT within the justice system. Institutes for European law and human rights have also been established.

Note: Bond University students participating in these programs will spend a semester at the exchange school as non-degree students. They will receive credit at Bond University for their study overseas. The courses such students take will be approved in advance by the Dean of the Bond faculty of Law. Bond students will pay the then effective Bond tuition to Bond University for their period at the exchange university.
