Bond’s International Relations professors and teaching fellows include a former Asian foreign correspondent, a business leader who trained diplomats from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and former members of the Australian Institute of International Affairs. Their in-depth insight into real world foreign affairs in action brings an extra dimension to theoretical discussions in the classroom.

International Exchange Opportunities
Enhance your Bond qualifications with the experience of studying overseas. Eligible students can apply to study for a semester at 59 leading universities in 19 countries through Bond’s International Exchange Program. Similarly, overseas students can expand their global experience by studying International Relations & Global Politics subjects at Bond for a semester and undertaking an internship in Australia.

Bond’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is home to leading research centres such as the Tim Fischer Centre for Global Trade and Finance, the Globalisation and Development Centre and the Centre for East-West Cultural and Economic Studies. The cutting edge research, international conferences and globally-relevant debates that evolve from these think-tanks give students a unique opportunity to witness international relations and diplomacy in action.
