Professional Recognition

Dispute Resolution is one of the areas available for specialisation within a number of Bond Law degrees, including the Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor.

The Bachelor of Laws and the postgraduate Juris Doctor are approved for the purposes of admission as a legal practitioner in all Australian jurisdictions and can be used to gain admission internationally, subject to the criteria of individual countries. The Postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice entitles law graduates to be admitted as solicitors in Queensland and NSW.

Prospective students should always confirm admission requirements in the particular jurisdiction in which they wish to practise.

The Dispute Resolution specialisation has positioned Bond Law graduates for careers with top law firms throughout Australia and in 38 countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Further Study

Bond Law offers a range of postgraduate study options for LLB graduates and experienced law practitioners. These include the Masters of Law and research-based PhD (Law).
