Global Connections
International Perspective
The international perspective of Bond’s Law program has attracted students from all over the world. Australia’s legal system is based on England’s Common Law model. As such, several other countries with Common Law systems recognise Australian law degrees as satisfying all or part of the academic requirements for professional admission. These include New Zealand, Hong Kong, Fiji, East Malaysia, Botswana, Brunei, Canada and some American states. In India and West Malaysia, Bond’s Bachelor of Laws is one of a limited number of Australian degrees which are specifically recognised.
Globally Experienced Academics
Benefit from the real world experience of our legal practitioners and professors whose high level academic qualifications are backed by years of consulting and practising with major law firms in Australia and all over the world. A number of our teaching professionals also serve on key State and Federal tribunals, boards and professional bodies.
