The Graduate Certificate in Asset & Facilities Management qualifies graduates to work as a professional asset or facilities manager in sectors such as:

• Property maintenance
• Infrastructure development
• Facilities planning
• Corporate real estate
• Local council works
• Tourism and hospitality

As such, there are strong employment prospects for qualified asset and/or facilities managers in Australia, and overseas.

Further Study

Graduates are also eligible to articulate to the University’s Master of Sustainable Development degree or pursue other available postgraduate study options.
