Career Pathways
Bond’s Behaviour Management programs qualify students for careers as case managers, disability instructors and behaviour management workers in human service facilities, health care, community services and organisations that provide programs for clients with challenging behaviour.
The Postgraduate Diploma of Behaviour Management can be taken as a stand-alone qualification for people working in associated fields such as education and disability, and would be particularly beneficial for classroom and learning support teachers.
Further Study
In addition to the Postgraduate Diploma of Behaviour Management, students may opt to combine studies in Counselling and Behaviour Management by undertaking a Double Postgraduate Diploma in Behaviour Management and Counselling. Specialisations in behaviour management can also be taken as part of Master of Arts and PhD level studies.
