Description
The MBA (Professional) is a generalist degree based on three pillars – leadership, global business and corporate entrepreneurship. Designed by internationally renowned educators acknowledged for their global experience, this accelerated program blends the most current industry-relevant research with application to business challenges. The Bond MBA will give you a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of management in a globalised world.
Bond’s MBA program also includes a three day orientation at a rainforest retreat. Designed to integrate the team and develop a cohesive cohort, the retreat is a highlight for many of our students. It provides an opportunity for students to get to know the classmates they will spend the year with, while participating in leadership and team building activities.
Work Integrated Learning
The MBA (Professional) program is designed for international students and consists of the standard 12-subject MBA curriculum listed above with the addition of a 45-credit point Work Integrated Learning (WIL) subject. WIL is designed to promote and support learning, personal development, and professional practice. The subject focuses on developing self-analysis and reflective learning skills, and applying theoretical solutions for practical workplace problems. Course content includes employability, Australian culture, workplace culture, economic structure and business institutions. Teaching is comprised of lectures, presentations by employers, and practical demonstrations and exercises. The MBA (Professional) program is CRICOS registered for 92-weeks.
MBA Specialisations
By undertaking an additional 3 subjects you can graduate with an MBA specialisation in a discipline-based area. A specialisation enables you to focus on an area of interest and will equip you with enhanced skills.

Work Experience & Internships
Internships and work placements are encouraged within the Faculty. Work Experience opportunities can be found in a range of different industries based on the major disciplines pursued by students. The School of Business has an established network of industry partners to be drawn upon for students seeking work experience opportunities while studying their MBA.
Professional Outcomes
Graduates have highly developed planning, analytical and interpersonal skills that enable them to successfully manage a business unit or their own business. Coursework is supported by practical business planning so graduates can hit the ground running. The program also provides worldwide networking opportunities.
