Master of Laws (Legal Practice)

Duration: 2 Semesters Full-Time; Flexible Part-Time available for domestic students only.

Description

The Master of Laws (Legal Practice) is an innovative program with specialist postgraduate subjects in areas related to legal practice. The  program develops ‘lawyering’ skills, such as legal research, analysis and problem solving, legal writing and drafting, interviewing and oral communication, advising, advocacy, dispute resolution and professional ethics and conduct.

Professional Outcomes

The Master of Laws (Legal Practice) is undertaken after completion of the Postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and entitles law graduates to apply for admission to legal practice.
