Applications for Bond University's scholarships are open annually from April 1 to July 31. Direct Bond University applications for Year 12 students not wishing to apply for a scholarship can be lodged at anytime via our Online Application Form. For Australian and International Applicants (Non-Year 12)
Bond University's scholarships for Australian and International applicants who are not currently studying in Year 12 are open on a semesterly basis. Specific scholarship information and closing dates are available on the relevant Australian and International scholarship web pages. Important Application Information for ALL Scholarship Applicants
A Bond University Scholarship Application is considered an application to study at Bond University. You will not be required to complete a separate application form for entry into your chosen program. All scholarship applications must be lodged online using the Bond University Application Form.
When applying for a scholarship, all applicants will be required to provide:
A full resume, highlighting previous employment as well as highlighting leadership positions held, community involvement and sporting, academic and any other relevant achievements
All supporting documentation outlined in the "Selection Guidelines" for each scholarship
Certified* Secondary School Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) along with certified* transcripts of any tertiary study completed to date will be required (this is only relevant to students who have already completed high school)
Certified* copies of semester one and two Year 11 reports and semester one Year 12 report (this is only relevant to students who are currently completing high school)
A letter of reference from your most recent educational institute (essential for current Year 12 students)
Other important information for all scholarship applicants to note includes:
Australian scholarship applicants will be contacted by your local Manager for Schools and Community to attend an interview and discuss your application.
Finalists for the Vice-Chancellor's Scholarships will be required to attend a selection weekend on campus (Friday, August 30 - Sunday, September 1, 2013)
Finalists for the Australia Day Scholarships will be required to attend a selection day in Melbourne (Saturday, September 14, 2013)
Finalists for the Corporate Scholarships will be required to attend a selection day on campus (Saturday, September 28, 2013)
Scholars may not hold more than one scholarship at Bond University concurrently. If an applicant is successful in being awarded more than one scholarship, the applicant will be awarded the scholarship of greater worth.
Successful applicants must meet standard entry requirements and have completed the necessary prerequisites of their chosen degree to gain admission into their intended degree program
