How to Apply

Applications for the RSL Youth Development Program open annually from April 25 (Anzac Day) to November 11(Remembrance Day).

All applications must be subitted online via the RSL Youth Development Program Application Form

Before starting your application, please read our Program Facts to ensure you are eligible to make an application to the program.

All applications should be lodged online and must be submitted fully by the closing date.

PLEASE NOTE: No late applications will be considered.

When lodging your application online, you will be asked to provide the following details:

• Full personal details
• Specification of chosen category
• Identification and evidence of achievements
• A letter of support from an RSL Sub Branch member in Queensland
• A reference from someone who can verify your achievements (for example school principal, sport coach, community leader)
• A 500 word essay about the importance of the RSL and ANZAC values to Australia's youth.

Supporting documents may be uploaded and attached to your online application, or may be emailed or faxed to us after submitting your application.
