How to Apply

Eligibility

All students must have achieved a GPA of at least 65%, with the exception of Law students who must achieve a GPA of 70% for all law subjects.

Students can apply in their second semester at Bond University.

Which Semesters

Exchanges to partners will usually take place during the January and September semesters.

Application

Outbound applications are now available here.

Students should complete the paperbase application making sure they have the faculty reference, and subject approval pages completed along with other supporting documents that are mentioned in the last page of the application. Notification

All exchange applicants will be contacted by the Exchange Office approximately 2 weeks after the application deadline has passed. Successful applications will receive a Letter of Nomination and be asked to apply to their chosen exchange institution. Approved applicants will then be given further information about applying to their chosen exchange institution.

If Successful

Applicants who have received approval from both the Bond Exchange Office and their nominated exchange institution will need to attend an Exchange Pre-Departure Session. This session provides prospective exchange students with fundamental information about their semester abroad.
