Program DESCRIPTION

The Master of Business and Information Technology offers a combination of business knowledge and skills together with capabilities in the business applications of information technology for graduates seeking managerial or commercial roles in the information and communications technology sector.
The MBIT will take 3-4 full time semesters, or up to two years part time to complete.

Enrolment

International Students: To fulfil your student visa requirements, you’ll need to enrol in 30cp per semester. However, you may enrol in 40cp per semester (with your Program Advisor’s authorisation) which will reduce the time to complete your program.

Domestic Students have the option of undertaking either 30 or 40cp per semester.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution in any discipline or equivalent.

PROFESSIONAL OUTCOMES

The Master of Business and Information Technology provides students with the business knowledge and IT management skills for a career in an IT Department of a larger organisation including government and business enterprise.
