Bond University English Language Institute (BUELI)
Bond’s English programs are fully accredited by the Australian National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) and BUELI is a member of the English Australia (EA) group of colleges.
BUELI students have full access to all the University facilities which include a state of the art library, superb sports centre, computers, restaurants, bookshop, post office and medical centre.
You will study with an international student population, with students from more than 80 countries worldwide, and you will work with small, personalised classes. All of our teachers are highly qualified and many have international experience.
Bond’s English language course options are focussed on practical learning methods and real-life tasks. BUELI offers a variety of English language programs, all designed to help you improve your English in an effective and enjoyable environment.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
The Faculty offers programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate level for students from non-English speaking backgrounds to raise their English Language level during rather than prior to tertiary studies.
Students will have an opportunity to develop their writing, reading, speaking and listening skills to prepare them for their undergraduate or postgraduate studies, or their chosen profession.
The programs offered provide a pathway for students to also enter their degree of choice with the possibility of taking across some credits to the degree.
The Faculty offers the following programs:
Undergraduate
- Diploma in University English Studies (entry at IELTS 5.5)
- Bachelor of Arts (ENIL) (entry at IELTS 5.5)
Postgraduate
- Graduate Certificate in University English Studies (entry at IELTS 6.0)
- Graduate Diploma in University English Studies (entry at IELTS 5.5)
