12 Subjects, 120 Credit Points

Core (2)

Students must complete the following two (2) coursework subjects in the first 2 semesters of enrolment:

Foundation (3)

Specialist Media Major (3)

Three (3) subjects drawn from:

PLUS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS (4)

  1. Three (3) subjects for a second specialist major from the list below:

    Advertising

    Three (3) subjects drawn from ADVT71- subjects or:

    Public Relations

    Three (3) subjects drawn from PUBR71- subjects

    Journalism

    Three (3) subjects drawn from JOUR71- subjects

    Corporate Communication

    Three (3) subjects drawn from:

    as well as one (1) elective selected from the H&SS list of postgraduate subjects.

  3. Any four (4) subjects selected from HSS list of postgraduate subjects from, two (2) of which must be drawn from ADVT, COMN, PUBR or JOUR.
