15 Subjects, 165 Credit Points

Core (2)

Students must complete the following two (2) coursework subjects in the first two semesters of enrolment:

Foundation (3)

Professional SUBJECTS (3)

MAJOR (3)

Three (3) subjects from one of the following areas for a Communication specialist major:

Advertising:

Three (3) subjects drawn from ADVT71 codes or

Corporate Communication:

Three (3) subjects drawn from

Public Relations:

Three (3) subjects drawn from PUBR71 codes

Journalism:

Three (3) subjects drawn from JOUR71 codes

Media:

Three (3) subjects drawn from

SUBJECTS (4)

PLUS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Any four (4) subjects selected from H&SS list of postgraduate subjects, two (2) of which must be drawn from ADVT, COMN, PUBR or JOUR;

OR

For students who have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.5 in completed subjects they may complete the degree by undertaking a dissertation by enrolling in:
