SUNLAND FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

The Sunland Group and Bond University work together to provide the Sunland Foundation Scholarship, specifically tailored for indigenous youth. One Sunland Foundation scholar is selected each year on the basis of proven leadership ability, academic achievement, and personal character.

The Sunland Foundation Scholarship includes, for the duration of the scholars study, the full tuition for a Bachelor of Laws, along with the expenses associated with on-campus air-conditioned accommodation, a weekly meal package and Student Activities Fees.

AVAILABILITY

1 Sunland Foundation Scholarship may be awarded to an indigenous Year 12 student each year.

SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Available to students with an indigenous heritage completing Year 12 in an Australian secondary school.
  • Strong academic performance throughout Years 10-12 with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment weekend incorporating interviews and management exercises.
