Wireless Access
The Wireless Network is available to students and staff of Bond University. Wireless Zones can be found in a number of areas around the campus, look for the Wireless Zone signs.
Find a Wireless Zone on campus

| STEP 2. Connect to the Wireless Network |
After turning on your computer, insert or turn on your wireless card. After a few seconds, a box will appear in the system notification tray saying βOne or more wireless networks are available.β You are now ready to log on. If you experience any problems please check the following:

| STEP 3. Log On to the Wireless Network |

| STEP 4. Access the Bond University Network |
Access the Bond Intranet, your home drive and email from your own computer. For more details see Off Campus Connect |
| STEP 5. Print via the Wireless Network |
Choose your operating sytem and follow the instructions on how to set wireless printing. |
If you experience difficulties connecting to the wireless network please contact the Service Desk - Information Services.
To assist the Information Services staff to resolve any issues, please check the following:
- Laptop has wireless capabilities and is functioning correctly
- Up-to-Date service and security patches
- Up-to-Date and valid virus protection
- Web browser is functioning correctly
- Have turned on antennas used by the laptop
- Check that the access point WaveLan is appearing in your wireless connection window
