Sports Association
Role
Bond University Student Association is the supervising body for sport at the university. Iit is the advisory body to the many sports clubs that have formed. New clubs are frequently being added to the list as the sports club scene expands on campus and within the Gold Coast community. Clubs enjoy excellent sporting facilities on campus and are often host to weekly fixtures and one off special events.

The committee assists with the University's participation in intervarsity sport on a regional and national level. The University is affiliated with Australian University Sport and sends teams to the Australian University games every year. BUSA also helps with the organisation of a number of special events/matches during semester such as the Bond Uni Race Day, The USA v World Basketball Challenge and the weekly Touch Football, tennis and Beach Volleyball competitions.
Bond University Sports Association is also responsible for the awarding of the annual Sports Awards, including Blues, University Colours and Sports Star of the Year, which in 2010 was won by Queensland Reds Rugby Star Ben Daley.
