Bond Law Review

The Review is a refereed journal that publishes articles, comments and notes on the whole spectrum of legal topics and issues.Contributions are invited from staff, practitioners and legal scholars worldwide.

The Bond Law Review is published twice each year by the Bond Faculty of Law Review Editorial Committee. The General Editor is Associate Professor Denis Ong. Please note that the Journal does not accept for consideration articles which have been submitted to other journals with a view to publication.

Submissions

We welcome the submission of articles and comments for publication in the journal. Please submit manuscripts to the General Editor, Bond Law Review at the above address or via email. Citation style should conform to the most recent edition of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation, as published by the Melbourne University Law Review Association Inc.

Submissions for the 19.2 (December) 2007 issue will close on 30th September 2007.
